Sheppard Mullin Expands Family-Building Benefits With WINFertility Partnership

Building on the firm’s existing family-building benefits, WINFertility is a new resource – available to all Sheppard Mullin employees – that offers employees personalized guidance and support throughout their fertility, adoption and surrogacy journeys.

Under Sheppard Mullin’s Family-Building program, the firm provides families a $25,000 lifetime maximum family-building benefit, including advocacy and support for those members going through fertility treatment, or choosing adoption or surrogacy. WIN’s nurse care managers provide care navigation, education, help in understanding treatment options, and recommendations and referrals to experienced agencies for adoption and surrogacy so that families can choose the best course of treatment.
