Sheppard Mullin Represents Scale Lending in $160 Million Loan for Mixed-Use Development in Jersey City, New Jersey
The Firm represented Scale Lending in connection with a $160 million bridge loan to an affiliate of the Namdar Group, secured by property known as 9 Homestead Place located at 618 Pavonia Avenue, Jersey City New Jersey.
Namdar Group is an active and growing New York City-based developer. The project is a 27-story, 432 residential unit mixed-use development, with 10,000 square feet of retail and 21,000 square feet of office space master leased to a local apartment co-working community.
