Sofya Asatryan

Sofya Asatryan is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office.

Areas of Practice 

Sofya’s practice focuses on trademark infringement, false advertising, unfair competition, and patent infringement claims in a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, technology, financial services, and construction. She also has significant experience litigating contractual disputes.

Sofya has prepared many motions and has successfully argued motions in court, including motions for summary judgment, complex discovery motions, and a motion for reconsideration. In addition to motion practice, she has taken and defended several depositions.

While attending law school, Sofya served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ronald S. W. Lew of the United States District Court in the Central District. She was also a member of Loyola’s Transactional Negotiations Team and served as a Production Editor of Loyola’s International Law Review.
