Samuel Brooks is special counsel in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office.

Areas of Practice

Sam is a litigator with experience in a wide variety of business disputes, ranging from copyrights, trademarks, unfair competition, and trade secrets, to contracts, employment, consumer class actions, and more. Sam regularly represents both defendants and plaintiffs in both trial and appellate courts. He also represents clients in arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Sam was a shareholder at a premier litigation boutique located in Newport Beach, California.
