Areas of Practice
Thomas offers deep experience in trademark portfolio management to clients across varied industries, ranging from consumer goods to fashion to technology. Specializing in developing and implementing “soup-to-nuts” trademark strategies, he advises clients on trademark clearance, selection, and adoption; prosecution; enforcement and policing; as well as brand protection and anti-counterfeiting efforts. Where settlement isn’t possible, Thomas also represents clients in contentious matters before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board and federal courts.
