Sheppard Mullin's Executive Committee has selected Luca Salvi as the next Chairman. Guy Halgren will remain in the role, which he successfully fulfilled for 20 years, until October when he will stay on as a partner and transition to part-time in 2022. Salvi has served as a leader to the firm in numerous capacities, having previously led the aerospace and defense and private equity practice groups as well as co-managing partner of the firm’s D.C. office. "I have received a lot from the firm over the years, and I have been privileged to work with many people in many different capacities," Salvi said. "I want to give back in a different way, and I am excited about the challenge of working with my partners, our lawyers and our staff to continue the firm's trajectory of growth, collegiality and success."
