Areas of Practice
Anthony focuses his practice on project finance, tax credit and merger and acquisition transactions primarily in the renewable energy sector. He represents developers, investors and lenders in connection with the development and financing of utility-scale and distributed generation energy projects.
In addition to drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, Anthony manages and coordinates project diligence and advises clients with respect to corporate governance matters.
