Sheppard Mullin ranked as one of the most active law firms who represented Issuers (#15) and Placement Agents (#21) in the PIPE League Tables for the full year of 2022.
This is the sixth consecutive year the firm has ranked among the top 30 most active firms who represented Issuers and Placement Agents.
