Sheppard Mullin Recognized Among India Business Law Journal’s 2022 “Deals of the Year”
Sheppard Mullin was recognized by the India Business Law Journal (IBLJ) for serving as U.S. counsel to Infosys in the company’s acquisition of BASE Life Sciences, a Danish technology and consulting firm. The $110 million deal, which the IBLJ described as a “significant cross-border tech M&A transaction,” closed on September 1, 2022.
The IBLJ annually publishes its “Deals of the Year” list to recognize not only standout deals and disputes, but also the law firms that successfully conclude them.
The profile highlights the fact that Infosys – an Indian heavyweight IT company – is expanding its footprint in Nordic countries.
