Jeralin Cardoso and John Golembesky Recognized among San Diego's Top Healthcare Lawyers
Healthcare partners Jeralin Cardoso and John Golembesky were recognized among the San Diego Business Journal's 2025 "Leaders of Influence in Healthcare" list. The list recognizes the individuals in San Diego who have made great strides in providing better-quality healthcare.
Cardoso, who also co-leads the firm's Corporate practice group, works with a broad range of healthcare clients in California and throughout the country, including physician groups, hospitals, ancillary service providers and private equity and strategic investors. She was recognized for recently representing private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice "in one of the largest healthcare services transactions of 2024, the formation of Mosaic Health, a national care delivery platform that is expected to generate $4 billion in annual revenue. This formation expands access to advanced primary care for consumers with coverage across Commercial, Individual Exchange, Medicaid and Medicare health plans, and is designed to accelerate innovation in primary care delivery."
Golembesky works with several of California’s largest medical groups, including Facey Medical Group, St. Jude Heritage Medical Group and Sharp-Rees Stealy Medical Group, advising on corporate structure and governance, physician compensation and relationships, regulatory issues, value-based care initiatives, peer review and credentialing. He was noted for advising "Sansum Clinic with its strategic affiliation with Sutter Health, representing Providence Medical Group of Northern California with the formation and negotiation of its professional services agreement and compensation methodology with Providence Health, and representing Scripps Coastal Medical Group with the negotiation of its professional services agreement with Scripps Health Service Plan Act."
