Partner Harper Batts Named Among Daily Journal’s Top IP Lawyers

Partner Harper Batts was named as one of the “Top IP Lawyers” in California by the Daily Journal. Batts was noted for his many successes before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and for his significant victory for the maker of the videogame World of Tanks in which he invalidated the competitor’s patent claims at the PTAB and at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
