Partners Shaun Clark and Elliot Hinds were named as two of the 2021 “Top 100 Lawyers” by the Daily Journal.  Clark was noted for his work for such clients as Spotify, for whom he has helped negotiate more than 150 deals, and Wave, which creates live virtual concerts using motion-capture technology, in negotiations for its production of a virtual concert by The Weeknd on TikTok.  Hinds’ renewable energy-related work for client Photosol, a French developer, for whom he handles  corporate and financing matters for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects in the U.S., was featured, as well as his leading role in Hydeal Los Angeles, an initiative that aims to bring clean-burning green hydrogen to the L.A. Basin by 2030.
