Partners Larry Braun and Domenic Drago were recognized among Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Dealmakers in America list for 2022. This is their second consecutive appearance on the list.
Describing the attorneys recognized on the list and how the list was developed, Lawdragon said, “These are the advisors that lit up the economy with an avalanche of dealmaking over the past year – from IPOs and transportation mergers to distressed finance and life sciences funding.
