Christina Nguyen is an attorney in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's New York office. 

Areas of Practice

Christina is a member of the New York Due Diligence group where she works on the diligence aspect of a number of M&A transactions. Christina is a 2016 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where she was a student attorney in the Securities Arbitration Clinic, managing editor of the Commercial Division Online Law Report, Director of External Competitions for the Dispute Resolution Society, Vice-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and competed in Vienna, Austria at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition. She received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from St. John’s University in 2012.
