The current amnesty period has passed to return Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans funded under the CARES Act. Now, the time to apply for forgiveness of the PPP loan is approaching as rapidly as the related guidance is changing. David Douglass, Victor Ramsauer and Kandace Watson will share their insights on the PPP loan forgiveness application, documentation, records and retention, as well as provide an overview of the emerging U.S. federal government oversight, enforcement and other accountability efforts.
