Sheppard Mullin and eTERA Consulting are pleased to announce the first in a series of CLE Corporate Briefing seminars discussing antitrust enforcement and emerging legal issues under the Obama Administration. The focus of the first seminar will be on understanding and managing cartel investigations in the U.S. and abroad. Our panel will explain the substantive legal issues as well as the case management and electronic discovery processes using a detailed hypothetical.

Program topics to include:

  • Cartel Investigations — Explaining how to defend an alleged Sherman Act Section One violation in the criminal and civil arenas
  • E-Discovery — Reviewing how to manage litigation hold planning, case management, EDD processing and foreign language issues
