Fernando Harris II

Fernando Harris II is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the San Diego (Del Mar) office.

Areas of Practice

Fernando advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, venture capital financings, and capital markets transactions.

He represents a diverse array of clients, including entrepreneurs and emerging companies, investors, and established companies. Fernando brings practical experience supporting clients through financings and strategic transactions at various stages of growth, structuring and negotiating complex transactions, and providing strategic counsel to advance client objectives.

Fernando earned his J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he served on the Student Bar Association. During law school, he participated in an academic program in Ireland, conducting in-depth research on income inequality through comparative socio-economic analysis, including field interviews with both academics and local community members. In his third year, Fernando externed at AMC Networks, gaining valuable insight into the priorities and practical needs of in-house counsel.
