Overview
Natassia Kwan is special counsel in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office. Natassia leverages her experience in high-stakes litigation and trial to help defend and protect companies and individuals from litigation risk and exposure.
Areas of Practice
Natassia defends companies in a wide variety of litigation and investigation matters, against claims of negligence, product liability, false advertising, unfair competition, labeling, personal injury, and other contractual and tort claims. Applying her government experience, Natassia also assists companies with governmental and regulatory investigations and compliance.
In 2023, Natassia served as defense counsel in a multimillion dollar jury trial in San Francisco Superior Court, which resulted in a defense verdict. Natassia was recognized by the American Bar Association (ABA) as a “Top 40 Young Lawyer- On the Rise” in 2018. From 2019-2020, Natassia served as the Co-Chair of the ABA Mass Torts Committee.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Natassia served as a Deputy City Attorney on the Trial Team of the San Francisco City Attorney's Office.
