Sheppard Mullin represented AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. (NYSE: AMN), the nation’s leading innovator in healthcare talent solutions and staffing services, in its acquisition of Connetics USA, an international nurse and allied recruitment company that specializes in nursing and allied professional direct hire recruitment and placements. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Sheppard Mullin deal team was led by partner Daniel Belzer and associate Robert Kay and included partners Amy Tranckino, Gregory Schick, Jennifer Redmond, Michael Chan and Shawn Fabian; special counsel Lidore DeRose; and associates Julia Ji and Michael Weisshar.
