Sheppard Mullin Advises Thunder Consulting in Series A Investment
Sheppard Mullin represented Thunder Consulting, Inc. (“Thunder”), a Salesforce Venture consulting partner, on its third growth capital investment to support its continual growth. Thunder helps organizations achieve their most ambitious business goals by deploying an industry-leading, multi-cloud expertise in the Salesforce platform and providing business consulting and human-centered activation services.
This round of investment, which was led by Recognize with Salesforce Ventures joining, will support Thunder's ongoing global team expansion and drive into crucial areas of cloud innovation, IP, accelerators and customer experience enhancement.
The Sheppard Mullin deal team included John Tishler, Farha Moiduddin, Jason Jones and Molly Tomer.
