Rachel Kupfer is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office. She is a member of the Emerging Company & Venture Capital Team.
Areas of Practice
Rachel advises on a variety of corporate transactional matters, including venture capital and growth equity financings, capital markets transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Rachel counsels a diverse group of clients, from emerging innovators and business owners to seasoned corporations. Rachel draws on practical experience assisting both start-up and established companies, from advising on foundational matters and preparing key documents for capital raising and strategic alliances, to providing comprehensive support throughout transactions to advance each client’s objectives.
