Area of Practice
Stephanie’s practice focuses primarily on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters that impact healthcare industry clients and their business operations. Her experience includes advising a variety of healthcare entities, such as medical groups, hospitals, and non-profit health organizations, on healthcare fraud and abuse laws and other regulatory issues, including the federal anti-kickback statute, Stark physician self-referral laws, state fraud and abuse laws, scope of practice considerations, corporate practice of medicine doctrines, state licensing issues, state telehealth and telemedicine matters, and compliance issues. She has also assisted clients with nonprofit and tax-exempt matters.
