Areas of Practice
Andrew focuses his practice on complex litigation matters with an emphasis on insurance and healthcare litigation. He represents health plans, insurers, and business and financial institutions in contract, bad faith, and unfair competition disputes.
Andrew has experience in all stages of litigation in both state and federal court, and in arbitration, from case development and discovery to dispositive motions practice and trial. Andrew has extensive experience with conducting and managing discovery, including leading document review in document-intensive cases, factual development and investigation, working with expert witnesses on highly technical matters, conducting depositions, and all aspects of adversarial discovery motions practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew externed for the Honorable M. James Lorenz of the Southern District of California and began his career at another large law firm where his practice also included securities and insurance litigation.
