Alex Kuljis is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm’s Los Angeles Office.
Areas of Practice
Alex's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court. He has represented clients in a variety of high exposure litigation matters and has expertise in health care litigation, insurance litigation, business torts, contract litigation and class action defense involving California’s Unfair Competition and False Advertising Laws. Alex has experience in all aspects of California and federal civil procedure, including, filing and responding to complaints, conducting discovery, motion practice and appellate practice. Alex also is an active member of the firm’s Summer Associate Planning Committee.
