Areas of Practice
Alex represents healthcare entities in complex commercial disputes. He has experience defending clients in a variety of litigation and arbitration matters, including contract disputes, regulatory matters, constitutional challenges and other matters related to the provision of healthcare services and healthcare coverage. Alex also advises clients regarding regulatory issues and compliance with state and federal laws applicable to health plans.
In addition to issues related to healthcare, Alex also has experience defending various business entities against alleged violations of California’s Unfair Competition Law and False Advertising Law.
