Sheppard Mullin is once again recognized among the most active and best performing law firms in the country representing patent owners and petitioners in the 2022 Patexia IPR Intelligence Report.
Sheppard Mullin also had three of the top 100 most active attorneys representing petitioners (partners Harper Batts and Chris Ponder; and associate Jeffrey Liang).
Patexia performed a comprehensive study of 7,030 IPRs filed over the last five years. This study analyzes the performance of 905 law firms and 5,626 attorneys representing patent owners and petitioners.
