Justin Bernbrock Named to American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2022 “40 Under 40” List
Chicago partner Justin Bernbrock and host of the firm's Restructure THIS! podcast, has been named to American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2022 “40 Under 40” list, which honors practitioners under the age of 40 who demonstrate remarkable ability, leadership and achievement in the bankruptcy and insolvency community. The award recipients are distinguished by professional achievements and service and are selected by a group of experienced insolvency professionals.
According to ABI Executive Director Amy Quackenboss, “The 2022 honorees continually display the acumen, energy and passion in both their careers and communities to demonstrate that they are the future leaders of the insolvency profession. This year’s class, like those in years past, brings together a widely diverse collection of young leaders who we fully expect will propel ABI and the insolvency community forward.”
Honorees will be celebrated during ABI’s Annual Winter Leadership Conference in December.
The ABI is the nation’s largest association of bankruptcy professionals, made up of over 12,000 members in multi-disciplinary roles, including attorneys, auctioneers, bankers, judges, lenders, professors, turnaround specialists, accountants and others.
