The publication recognized Lourdes for her recent internal investigation of a potential drug diversion for a healthcare client and her representation of nursing home clients in connection with various governmental investigations. Danielle was lauded for securing a $40 million arbitral award for Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical, a global pharmaceutical and healthcare industry group, and for co-launching Sheppard Mullin’s Women in Healthcare Leadership Collaborative.
