Julia D'Errico is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Century City office and is a member of the firm’s Healthcare team.
Areas of Practice
Julia advises healthcare clients on a variety of transactional and regulatory matters. Julia’s experience includes corporate formations, due diligence investigations, fraud analysis, tracking licensure requirements for providers and facilities, and corporate practice of medicine issues. Additionally, Julia has experience evaluating and ensuring Accountable Care Organizations’ compliance with Medicare Shared Savings Program requirements.
Educational Background
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Julia earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served as a Senior Editor of the UCLA Law Review, President of the Art Law Society, and was active in the Christian Law Students Association. Prior to law school, Julia earned her B.A. in Economics and English from Boston College, summa cum laude.
