Docket & Calendar Clerk
The Docket & Calendar department has an immediate opening for a full-time Docket & Calendar Clerk. This will be an entry-level position. Experience not required. Candidates should be motivated to learn this field and willing to work their way up in a fast-paced work environment.
Primary responsibilities for this position include entering required information into the docketing database for Closed matter intakes, Change matter intakes, Temporary matters, Docket no Calendar work, Weekly Calendar Reports as well as special projects.
Must be a fast learner, have good time management skills, attention to detail, great retention, comprehension, good aptitude, ability to research, excellent verbal and written skills and accuracy is essential. Successful candidate must be able to multi-task, work independently, take initiative, be flexible and adaptable to changing department procedures when necessary. Computer knowledge required, typing speed of 45+ wpm. Punctuality and good attendance are very important. Occasional overtime is required. College degree preferred.
