Meaghan Allen is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.

Areas of Practice

Meaghan advises clients in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance, focusing primarily on the media and entertainment industries. Meaghan’s experience includes corporate formations, drafting transactional documents and efficiently managing due diligence investigations.

Professional and Educational Background

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Meaghan practiced as a corporate associate in the London office of a premiere global law firm, where she primarily worked on both debt and equity U.S. capital markets transactions for foreign issuers in Europe and Asia.

Meaghan earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she was a Gold Honors Scholar and served as Senior Submissions Editor for the Southern California Law Review and President of the Entertainment Law Society. Prior to law school, Meaghan earned her Master’s degree in Gender, Media and Culture from the London School of Economics.
