Partners Ted Max, Jill Pietrini and Dylan Price obtained a $4 million verdict in statutory damages after a jury found in favor of Chanel’s false association, trademark infringement, trademark counterfeiting and false advertising claims against luxury reseller What Goes Around Comes Around for willfully infringing client Chanel Inc.’s famous trademarks.
