Matthew Hallman is an associate in the Real Estate, Energy, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office. 

Areas of Practice

Matthew’s practice focuses primarily on the acquisition, disposition, restructuring and financing of commercial, industrial and multi-family residential real property as well as hotels and office buildings.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Matthew represented institutional lenders on commercial real estate finance transactions, including loan originations, modifications, note purchase agreements, and other finance-related transactions. His experience includes documentation and review of complex title, survey, and zoning matters, entity formation, corporate resolutions, opinion letters, and other general transactional matters.

Matthew now uses his experience in representing lenders to help advise his clients operating in the commercial real estate space.
