Sheppard Mullin Represents Seismic Games In Its Acquisition By Pokemon Go Creator Niantic

Sheppard Mullin represented Seismic Games, developer of mobile games including "Marvel Strike Force," and "Blade Runner: Revelations," in its acquisition by Niantic, the creator of Pokémon Go. This was Niantic’s third acquisition this year. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The Sheppard Mullin team, led by partner Tobin Dommer, included special counsel Chris Froelich; partners Brian Pass, Greg Schick, Matthew Richardson, Jennifer Redmond and Michael Chan; and associates Omar Hashim and Sean Crowe.
