Sheppard Mullin Represents E-Land Footwear USA in $260 Million Acquisition by Xtep International

Sheppard Mullin represented South Korean fashion and retail group E-Land Footwear USA Holdings Inc., the owner of California-based K-Swiss and Supra shoe brands as well as French boot company Palladium, in its acquisition by  Chinese sportswear company Xtep International Holdings for $260 million. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of July 2019.

The Sheppard Mullin team, led by partner Ariel Yehezkel and special counsel Jeffrey Taylor, included partners Seth (Byoung Soo) Kim and Keith R. Gercken and associates Harrison H. Kang, John G. Crisp, and Allison Troianos.
