Sheppard Mullin Represents Carolina Precision Plastics (CCP Global) in Acquisition by Westfall Technik
Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP represented Carolina Precision Plastics, LLC (CCP Global), a leader in developing sustainable packaging solutions for the beauty care, cosmetics, beverage and consumer goods markets, in its acquisition by Westfall Technik, Inc., a global holding company that provides superior manufacturing solutions for the production of plastic parts in the medical, packaging, and consumer goods industries. The deal strengthens Westfall’s geographic footprint, by adding its first plants in the southeastern United States, specifically in North Carolina, as well as in Kaiping, China. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Sheppard Mullin team, led by partners John Tishler and Jeralin Cardoso, included partners Amy Tranckino and Michael Zhang; and associates Katie Hull, David Solberg and Ruiqi Guo.
