Sheppard Mullin Represents Permira in Sale of LSNE to PCI Pharma Services
A Sheppard Mullin Corporate team led by partners Andy Felner and Adam Shipley and associates Richard Hevier, David Rostowsky and Brett Uslaner are representing global private equity firm Permira in the sale of Lyophilization Services of New England, Inc. (“LSNE”), a premier contract manufacturing organization, to PCI Pharma Services (PCI), a leading pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical global integrated solutions provider, as announced today.
