Sheppard Mullin Represents Washington Gastroenterology in Affiliation with GI Alliance

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP represented Washington Gastroenterology (WaGI), the largest independent gastroenterology (GI) practice in Washington state and one of the largest independent GI practices in the country, in its affiliation with GI Alliance, the nation's largest independent gastroenterology services organization.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With close to half-a-century providing care to patients, WaGI has 31 board-certified gastroenterologists and 17 advanced practice providers,  delivering care across 17 strategically located offices in the Pacific Northwest, seven dedicated GI ambulatory surgery centers, and three infusion centers.

The Sheppard Mullin team included partners Aytan Dahukey, Jeralin Cardoso, Frank Dworak, and Michael Chan; and associates Genta Iwasaki, Dhara Waghela, Erica Kraus, John Tilton,  and Ariana Stobaugh.
