Wilson was highlighted for high-profile mergers and acquisitions for clients in healthcare, technology, life sciences and business services. Recently he advised Care.ai on its sale to Stryker, guided WellBe Senior Medical through a growth capital raise from CVS Health Growth Equity, represented Prospect Partners in its acquisition of Warren Roofing and facilitated the sale of Vapor Power to Thermon.
