Sheppard Mullin Named Best Performing Law Firm Representing Petitioners in Patexia 2020 IPR Intelligence Report
Sheppard Mullin was recognized as the best performing law firm in the country representing Petitioners in the new 2020 Patexia IPR Intelligence Report. Patexia performed a comprehensive study of 7,708 Inter Partes Review (IPR) petitions filed over the past five years. Sheppard Mullin was also ranked 4th best performing firm overall, representing petitioners or patent owners.
In addition, Sheppard Mullin had 6 of the top 100 best performing attorneys representing petitioners, including Martin Bader and Steve Korniczky (ranked #1 and #2 with a 100% and 97.6% petitioner performance score respectively), Nam Kim, Dan Yannuzzi, Hector Agdeppa, and David Heisey.
