Sheppard Mullin Nominated for Deal of the Year by IFLR
Sheppard Mullin has been recognized for its role advising Air-France KLM on its €4 billion recapitalization in IFLR's Europe Awards 2022 shortlist for Equity Deal of the Year.
In 2021, a Sheppard Mullin team led by partner Jacques Derenne, counsel Dimitris Vallindas and associates Ciara Barbu-O’Connor and Julien Blanquart advised Air France-KLM, a leading global player in its principal businesses of passenger and cargo transportation, low-cost operations and aircraft maintenance, in securing approval for up to €4 billion in French State-backed aid to recapitalise Air France (Société Air France and its subsidiaries) and Air France-KLM holding company and its subsidiaries, with the exception of KLM and its subsidiaries.
