Stay tuned on the latest developments in Europe that may affect your business and join Sheppard Mullin’s Antitrust & Competition “Breakfast with Europe” drive-time webinars, bringing you up to speed on what you need to know about the month back, the present and month forward in European competition law developments.

Earlier this month, EU antitrust officials raided a series of banks over allegedly anticompetitive conduct regarding the “blocking” of financial technology companies from accessing consumer data stored on the banks’ computer systems. The first part of our webinar will focus on these raids and the emerging competition issues regarding computer systems and data access. - Oliver Heinisch and Amar S. Naik

Additionally, the European Commission just fined Lithuanian Railways €28 million for hindering competition on rail freight market by dismantling public railways that enabled major customers to use shorter routes to Latvian ports. The second part of our webinar will focus on this decision and potential implications for the future.
