Sheppard Mullin Represents Career Tech In Acquisition By Fralok
Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP represented Circuit Services, LLC (d/b/a Career Technologies) (Career Tech) in the sale of 100% of its equity interests to Fralock, a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners. Career Tech specializes in the design and manufacture of flexible, rigid, and rigid-flex circuits and related assemblies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Sheppard Mullin team was led by partner Will Chuchawat, along with special counsel Jeff Kaye, special counsel Matthew Baker and associate Josh Demple. Other members of the team included partners Keith Gercken, Dmitriy Chelnitsky, Michael Chan, Aaron Sobaski, Olivier Theard, Daniel Yannuzzi; and associates John Crisp, Michael Weisshar, Robin Bennett and Seung Kim.
