Sheppard Mullin Advises Shutterstock in $75 Million Acquisition of TurboSquid
Sheppard Mullin represented Shutterstock, Inc. (NYSE: SSTK), a leading global creative platform offering full-service solutions, high-quality content, and tools for brands, businesses and media companies, in its agreement to acquire TurboSquid, Inc., an industry leader in the creation, optimization, publishing and monetization of 3D models, for $75 million. The transaction is expected to close in early February and will make Shutterstock the world’s largest 3D marketplace.
