Sheppard Mullin Advised BlueHalo in Acquisition of Verus Technology Group
Sheppard Mullin represented Arlington Capital Partners and its portfolio company BlueHalo, a leading provider of critical capabilities and technologies across Space, c-UAS, Autonomous Systems, and Cyber domains, in its acquisition of Verus Technology Group, Inc. (Verus). Verus designs, develops, and integrates counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems products utilizing industry-leading radio frequency and digital signal processing technologies.
