D CEO Names Sheppard Mullin Transaction as a ‘Deal of the Year’
Sheppard Mullin worked on a significant technology transaction that received a “Deal of the Year” award in the midsize category from D CEO and the Association for Corporate Growth – Dallas Fort-Worth. The award went to:
- Align Capital Partners’ acquisition of Electronic Transaction Consultants Corporation – $50-249 million category.
Sheppard Mullin advised Electronic Transaction Consultants Corporation (ETC), a leading technology solutions provider for the mobility and transportation industries, in its acquisition by Align Capital Partners (ACP), a growth-oriented private equity firm focused on investing in B2B companies that are well positioned for growth in niche markets. The Sheppard Mullin deal team was led by Dallas partner Gemma Descoteaux and included Matthew McCalip, Bobby Chipman, Frank Dworak, Dmitriy Chelnitsky, Stephen Fox, Jason Mueller, and Robert Hough.
