Sheppard Mullin Represents Primal Nutrition in Its Acquisition by Kraft Heinz

Sheppard Mullin represented Primal Nutrition, LLC, makers of Primal Kitchen branded products, in an agreement to be acquired by The Kraft Heinz Company (NASDAQ: KHC). The transaction, valued at approximately $200 million, is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in early 2019.
The Sheppard Mullin team, led by partner Will Chuchawat, included special counsel Derek Rockers; attorneys Robin Bennett and Courtney Mathes; partners Dmitriy Chelnitsky, Shaun Clark, and Keith Gercken; and associates John Crisp, Seema Vora Kamath and Taylor Parks.
