Sheppard Mullin Advises Arlington Capital Partners in Aerospace Acquisition
Sheppard Mullin advised Arlington Capital Partners (ACP), a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm, in acquiring Triumph Group, Inc (NYSE: TGI)’s composites operations. Included in the sale are the Triumph Aerospace Structures composites locations in Milledgeville, Georgia and Rayong, Thailand. Triumph Group designs, engineers, manufactures, repairs and overhauls a broad portfolio of aerospace and defense systems, components and structures.
The Sheppard Mullin deal team representing ACP was led by partners Luca Salvi and Frank Bacelli and included Cedric Powell, Jeff Bowling, Felicia Xu, Bob Magielnicki, Malika Levarlet, Keith Gercken, John Crisp, Fatema Merchant, Keith Szeliga, Claudia Hinsch, Carlo Van den Bosch, Lee Weiss, and Diandra Molina.
