Sheppard Mullin represented Littlejohn & Co., LLC and Platinum Equity in the sale of Interior Logic Group Holdings, LLC, a leading, data-driven and technology-enabled provider of interior design, supply chain and installation management solutions to several of the nation’s largest single-family homebuilders, in its sale to Blackstone for $1.6 billion.
The Sheppard Mullin deal team was led by partner Shon Glusky and included partners Lindsay Ferguson, Ariel Yehezkel, Dmitriy Chelnitsky, and Keith Gercken, special counsel Carol Archer, and associates Matt Silverstein, John Crisp, David Rostowsky, and Christina Nguyen.
