Sheppard Mullin Represents Prospect Medical Holdings in Signing of Agreement to Sell Crozer Health to Christianacare

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP represented Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. in the signing of an agreement to sell Crozer Health to Christiana Care Health System, Inc. (ChristianaCare). Under the Letter of Intent, ChristianaCare is to purchase the assets and operations associated with the following hospitals:
- Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland, PA;
- Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill, PA;
- Springfield Hospital in Springfield, PA; and
- Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park, PA.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Sheppard Mullin team was led by partners Eric Klein and Nioura Ghazni, with the support of partners John Carroll, Amanda Zablocki, Phil Kim, Keahn Morris, Babak Yousefzadeh and Josh McLane, and associates Ryan Portugal and Carter Gage.
