Sheppard Mullin represented United Rheumatology, with 635 active independent Rheumatology providers in its network, in its acquisition by Specialty Networks, LLC, a portfolio company of Chicago-based private equity firm Linden Capital Partners. United Rheumatology is the leading Rheumatology exclusive, multi-faceted services organization with business lines providing first of its kind value based payor contracting programs, group purchasing, and real-world evidence data and analytics.
